The Cornerstone Program feels like a nice change of pace in Diamond Dynasty. It doesn't ask for a huge time sink, and that's probably why so many players are jumping on it right away. If you're already managing your MLB The Show 26 stubs carefully, this program makes even more sense, because the reward path is short and the payoff is useful. The main prize is a 91 OVR Carlos Correa, and he's not just filler for the binder. He can actually help in your infield, especially if you want a steady glove and a bat that won't disappear in tighter games. The good news is you can get through this program pretty quickly if you're smart about the order.

Start with the easy points
The best first move is still the Moments, mostly because they're fast and don't need any lineup planning. Just load in and clear them out one by one. A lot of players waste time here by pressing too hard. They swing at junk, try to pull everything, and turn a simple challenge into ten extra minutes. Don't do that. Sit on a pitch you can handle and use normal swings. That's usually enough. If a moment starts badly, quit and restart instead of dragging it out. It sounds small, but that habit saves a ton of time over the course of the grind. You'll stack early progress fast, and once those free points are done, the rest of the path opens up much more cleanly.

Build your lineup for missions
After that, the missions should be your main focus. This is where people either fly through the program or make it take way longer than it should. Don't go into games with your usual ranked lineup and hope the stats happen naturally. Set your squad with purpose. Use Astros bats if the mission calls for them. Use infielders who make contact if you need total bases or RBIs from that group. Play vs CPU on a lower difficulty works well, and Conquest is solid too if you want progress in more than one place. The trick is stacking goals together. If one game can give you Astros stats, infielder stats, and program XP at the same time, that's the route to take. You'll notice the bar starts moving a lot faster once you stop treating each mission like a separate job.

How Correa actually plays
Correa is worth it because he fills a role that a lot of lineups need. He's reliable. That matters. His defense is the first thing you'll notice, especially on tough grounders and quick reaction plays on the left side. He's listed at third, but he works fine at short if that's where you need help. At the plate, he's more about control than raw pop. He's not the kind of card you use just to chase moonshots, but he'll drive balls into the gaps and keep innings alive. Against lefties, he feels even better. If you've got speed or high on-base hitters in front of him, he can be a really useful middle-order bat without needing to carry the whole offence by himself.

Keep the grind simple
The smartest way to finish the program is to stay disciplined and not overcomplicate it. Check your mission tab often, swap players out as soon as they're done, and don't crank the difficulty higher than it needs to be. This isn't the time to prove anything. It's just clean, efficient progress. The extra packs, XP, and rewards along the way are a nice bonus, but Correa is the real target, and he's good enough to earn a proper look on https://www.u4gm.com/mlb-the-show-26/stubs
